Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

We provide weekly residential and commercial waste removal for customers in our service areas. Service days vary by location and will be communicated after registration.

2. Billing and Payment

Service fee: starts at $25 per month

Payments are due on or before the billing date.

Non-payment may result in suspended or canceled service

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or calling (706) 264-8922.

Fees may be applied if your are under the 12 month agreement

4. Service Rules

Customers agree to:

Place trash at the designated pickup area the night before pickup day.

Ensure trash is bagged securely and placed in an approved container.

Avoid including hazardous, medical, chemical, or industrial waste.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to reschedule.

5. Equipment and Property

If bins or containers are provided by NGWS, they remain our property.
Customers are responsible for any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

NGWS is not responsible for:

Damages caused by improper waste placement

Missed pickups due to inaccessible locations or incorrect scheduling

Any indirect or incidental losses related to service interruption

7. Changes to Service

We may modify or suspend service for maintenance, holidays, or operational reasons.
We will notify customers in advance whenever possible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in local courts within the State of Georgia.
